Subscription Terms

These terms are part of our Terms of Service.
What we offer
**RealOne Plus** — unlimited likes, see who liked you, five Boosts a month, and rewind your last pass. $14.99 per month, or $59.99 for six months.
Prices shown in the app are charged in your local currency and may vary by region and by store.
Auto-renewal — the part that matters
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel.
- Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- To stop it, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling later means you're billed for the next period.
- Cancelling doesn't end the current period. You keep the features until it expires. There are no partial refunds for the unused portion.
How to cancel
You must cancel through the store that billed you. We cannot cancel a store-billed subscription for you, and deleting your RealOneDating account does not cancel it.
iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → RealOneDating → Cancel Subscription
Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RealOneDating → Cancel subscription
Free trials and introductory offers
If we offer a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Trials convert to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Introductory pricing applies to the first period only; renewals are at the standard price.
Price changes
If we change the price, Apple or Google will notify you and, where required, ask you to consent before the new price applies. If you don't consent, the subscription won't renew.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store, under the store's policy — not by us.

Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal or cancellation — including the 14-day right for consumers in the EU and UK, and rights under California and other U.S. state auto-renewal laws — that right applies regardless of anything above. Write to support@realonedating.com and we'll help you exercise it.
Consumable purchases and virtual items
Boosts, super likes, and similar items are consumed when used, have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable once used, and are forfeited if your account is terminated for violating our Terms or Community Guidelines.
