Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and MedMatchX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as RealOneDating ("RealOneDating," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your use of the RealOneDating mobile application, our website at realonedating.com, and all related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms also serve as the end user license agreement (EULA) for the RealOneDating application.

1. You must be 18 or older

The Service is for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter a contract.

We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will terminate it immediately and delete the associated data. See our Child Safety Standards for how we handle this.

You also confirm that you:

  • Have never been convicted of a felony, a sex offense, or a crime involving violence, and are not required to register as a sex offender with any jurisdiction;
  • Are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction;
  • Will use the Service only for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your credentials secure, use accurate information, and tell us at support@realonedating.com if you believe someone else has accessed it.

One person, one account. You may not create an account on behalf of anyone else, sell or transfer your account, or create a new account after we have terminated a prior one.

You must use your real identity. Impersonating another person — real or invented — is a violation of these Terms and of our Community Guidelines.

3. Rules of conduct

Your use of the Service is subject to our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short, you may not:

  • Post, send, or solicit sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any content that sexualizes a minor. This is prohibited absolutely and without exception. See our Child Safety Standards.
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or incite violence against anyone.
  • Post nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence.
  • Solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency, or financial information from other users, or run any romance scam, phishing, or fraud scheme.
  • Advertise, recruit, spam, or use the Service for commercial purposes, including commercial sexual services or trafficking of any kind.
  • Post another person's private information, or content you do not have the right to post.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access, copy, or interact with the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Circumvent a block, suspension, or ban.

Violating these rules can result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination — with or without notice, and without refund.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit ("Your Content").

By posting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resizing images), and display it solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups during the purge window described in our Privacy Policy, and except where we must retain material to comply with law (for example, preserving reports of child sexual abuse material for law enforcement).

You represent that you own or have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

We do not pay for Your Content and we do not use it to train third-party generative AI models.

5. Content moderation and reporting

The Service contains user-generated content. We do not pre-screen every submission, but we do the following:

  • Automated filtering. Profile photos and messages are screened for nudity, known child sexual abuse material (CSAM), violence, and spam before or shortly after they become visible to others.
  • In-app reporting. Every profile, photo, and conversation has a Report control. Reports go to our safety team.
  • Blocking. Every profile and conversation has a Block control. A block is immediate and mutual — a blocked user cannot see you, message you, or find your profile again.
  • Response time. We aim to review every report within 24 hours and to remove violating content and eject the responsible user when a report is substantiated.
  • Off-app reporting. You can also reach us at safety@realonedating.com without opening the app.

We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion where we believe these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the law have been violated.

6. Safety — read this

RealOneDating does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification beyond the measures described in our Privacy Policy. We do not vouch for any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other people.

Please read our Safety Tips before meeting anyone. Meet in public. Tell a friend. Arrange your own transportation. Never send money.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

7. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Some features require payment. If you buy them, the Subscription Terms apply and form part of this agreement.

In summary: subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel, and must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — we cannot cancel a store-billed subscription for you. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or by using the form at realonedating.com/delete-account. Deleting your account does not cancel a store-billed subscription — cancel that separately with Apple or Google first.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where the reason is a serious safety violation, termination may be immediate and permanent, and we may retain a limited record to prevent the banned user from returning (see Privacy Policy).

Sections 4 (license to retained backups), 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that you will find a match, that other users' information is accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDMATCHX LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedMatchX LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any other user.

12. Disputes, governing law, and arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, contact us at legal@realonedating.com and give us 30 days to resolve it.

Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Sheridan, Wyoming. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

Exceptions. This section does not apply to: (a) claims in small claims court; (b) claims for injunctive relief regarding intellectual property; or (c) any claim of sexual assault or sexual harassment, which you may bring in court at your option.

Opt out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@realonedating.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

13. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following applies and takes precedence over conflicting language elsewhere in these Terms:

  • These Terms are between you and MedMatchX LLC only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • MedMatchX LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and consumer protection claims.
  • MedMatchX LLC, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-party list.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 7 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always at realonedating.com/terms.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Child Safety Standards, and Subscription Terms, are the entire agreement between us.
